Technical Training

SFACCA recognizes the importance of education in the maintenance of the industry and security of its future. In an effort to do its part, SFACCA encourages the ongoing educational development of its members and their staff and technicians. SFACCA maintains a tri-county education program to strengthen career and technical school education for entry-level and skilled technicians who install, service, and maintain air-conditioning and heating equipment. This effort combines the talents and resources of manufacturers, contractors, wholesalers, and educators, among others in an ongoing program to upgrade technician competency by improving basic education and training.
